Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Our uniform design company needs an experienced Inside sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position involves taking incoming phone calls to help customers with product inquiries, processing orders, helping with account setup through on ecommerce site and any other customer service needs. Our new Inside Sales/Customer Service Star will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven team-oriented environment. The Representative will work with our designers and production to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. The position will manage existing accounts for sales opportunities and follow-up with leads via email and phone calls. Inside Sales is the heart of this position.  Our new Inside Salesperson will be responsible for prompt trade-show follow-up, monthly sales quotas, consistent client follow-up with current and potential clients and always generating ideas for new leads.



  • Managing established accounts by providing product information, pricing, order status, as well as, up selling / cross selling other products we offer for continued revenue and profit growth.
  • Sourcing and securing new sales opportunities via email, inbound/outbound calls, trade show and building rapport with prospective clients.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by educating customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls using multi-line phone system
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as providing pricing or quotes, taking orders or managing returns
  • Proactively recommend items needed by the customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
  • Maintain active and proactive customer relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Help customers with design ideas/problems; provide customer feedback to management
  • Assist with design production scheduling by coordinating with production manager and customers
  • Attend 2-3 trade shows per year to increase client base and relationships
  • Be a TEAM PLAYER. We are a small but mighty team and need employees that are willing to help out and do whatever it takes to get the job done. If you are too good to occasionally get your hands dirty, this is not the job for you. We are a real working American Factory and we pitch in to help each other to make our clients happy. 



  • High School diploma 
  • Experience in Fashion, uniforms, restaurants or cheerleading a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent understanding and engagement on social media
  • At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience
  • Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas
  • Able to perform cold calls to secure new business
  • Experience with shopping cart platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify a plus
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excel experience is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Compensation is a base Salary plus Sales Commissions. We offer paid holidays, paid time-off (PTO), healthcare benefits, 401k and profit sharing to our full-time employees.  We also have bomb birthday parties.

Digital Production/Social Media Internship

Waitressville/Dallaswear Uniforms- Dallas, Texas

Our interactive team is looking for an aspiring designer to take and edit photos. They will have the chance to shoot assignments, create photo layouts for Waitressville and Dallaswear, create web galleries, and post to our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. The intern will also assist with setup and execution of photo shoots for Dallaswear Auditions Launch in 2018, ads, and social media outlets. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite libraries is a must. Waitressville has several internship opportunities for designers (fall, spring, summer). Waitressville is looking for an energetic, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, and experienced Warehouse/Inventory Associate to join our team.

Job Details:

  • Unloading boxes and order receiving
  • Manually counting, organizing and labeling stock/products
  • Pick and Pack daily orders
  • Print shipping labels for daily orders
  • Inventory control
  • Warehouse organization and upkeep


  • 2-8 years Experience in Warehouse order fulfillment and shipping
  • Must know Microsoft Excel and have good computer skills
  • Must be familiar with ecommerce and online retail
  • Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs on a daily basis
  • Able to work on your feet majority of the day
  • Dependable transportation M-F, 8am-5pm work hours
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly
  • Must be incredibly organized and a great communicator.  This position will work closely with our design and production team on a daily basis.

Waitressville/ Dallaswear Uniforms


  Waitressville Uniforms/Dallaswear Uniforms, a designer and manufacturer of waitress uniforms and dance costumes, is hiring a Cutting Associate to spread and cut fabric in the cutting area of our production area.

   This position is responsible for moving large bolts of fabric to a spreading table, measuring and spreading the fabric as well as preparing and cutting it. The individual will need to be able to read the specifications sheet (cutters must) and compare it to the fabric to ensure cutting accuracy. 

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • ‪Read the specification sheet (cutters must) and compare it to the fabric and sample garment to ensure accuracy
  • ‪Read tickets for style, fabric number, and special instructions
  • ‪Verify that fabric and pattern correspond to ticket
  • ‪Inspect fabric for manufacturing defects
  • ‪Move large bolts of fabric to a table, measuring and spreading the fabric to be cut
  • ‪Checks swatches for proper alignment and match of fabric

Requirements and Experience

  • ‪Working knowledge in a factory environment is preferred
  • Experience with KNIT (STRETCH) fabrics is preferred
  • Experience with working with Sublimation is a plus
  • Can cut with small rotary knife as well as large table knife
  • Can do sample cutting (one garment)
  • ‪Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • ‪Ability to multi-task
  • ‪Ability to read specifications and measure fabric accordingly
  • ‪Carry and lift up to 60 lbs
  • ‪Stand for 9-10 hours
  • ‪Must speak some English (All cutting sheets and patterns/markers are printed in English.
