PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON MASKS, GOWNS OR PPE FOR ANY REASON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you need assistance shipping to an international address, please email us.stacey-shipping-page-wv.jpg

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

All garments are made to order in our Dallas, TX factory. Turnaround (Production times) are in addition to shipping times. Please plan accordingly.

1-20 pieces Ships within apx. 5-10 Business Days

21+ pieces  Ships within apx. 10-15 Business Days

50+ pieces  Ships within apx. 15-20 Business Days

100+ pieces  Ships in 1 Month

Note, Business Days are Monday - Friday and orders placed after 12pm CST are considered to be the Next Business Day. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 If you need something immediately, please call us first so we can help. We cannot ship Fedex to P.O. Boxes.

Returns Policy

At Waitressville, we want you to love your uniforms!


Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of uniform receipt. Waitressville only offers exchanges or store credit. NO REFUNDS.  Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, embroidered, logo'd, customized, soiled (including perfumes and deodorants from try-ons) cannot be returned for any reason. Once items leave the Waitressville facility, the shipping carriers are solely responsible for delayed, damaged or lost shipments.  Returns will be accepted ONLY with a RT# (return number) given by our returns department. Any package arriving without a RT# will be returned to sender. All garments must be returned in the exact condition as they were shipped. All packaging, labels and tags must be intact.
 

Any garments purchased for movie, live, promotional or television production are strictly non-returnable for any reason.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit/exhange once we've received and processed the returned item.

We hate all these rules too... so we strive to simply create awesome uniforms!
